• Increase in greenhouse gas and energy efficiencyThrough the greenhouse gas and energy target management system, we use resources and energy efficiently and minimize emissions.
• Identification and continuous management of environmental impactsEfforts are made to identify, continuously manage, and improve the environmental impacts arising from the entire process of raw materials, procurement, product production, sales, and disposal, in order to reduce environmental pollutants, waste, and toxicity.

YDPM recognizes safety and health as the first principle of management, and has a duty to do its best to prevent safety and health risks as the top priority and core element of all decision-making. To achieve this, the following activities are carried out to establish a safe workplace environment.

• Strengthening the safety and health systemIn corporate management activities, safety and health are prioritized by establishing and complying with safety work standards for each task, building and training response systems for various emergencies, thereby strengthening the safety and health system, and the CEO provides human and material resources to efficiently implement the policy.
• Strengthening industrial accident prevention activitiesTo establish a safety culture within the workplace, various industrial accident prevention activities are carried out, including safety campaigns and risk assessments involving all employees, and organizational evaluations to encourage a sense of responsibility in the safety management organization, aiming for zero industrial accidents in the workplace.
• Strengthening fire prevention activitiesFire prevention activities are strengthened by enhancing patrols and improvements in fire-prone areas within the workplace and regular maintenance of firefighting equipment, and damages in case of fire are minimized through immediate response and evacuation training.
